Parents on Site Policy

For the safety of all North Hills patrons, Public Safety Officers along with Raleigh Police Department will be stepping up their efforts to enforce the Parents on Site Policy. This policy requires that all patrons under 18 years of age be accompanied by an adult after 8:00pm and is inclusive of the Thursday night Beach Music Concerts. Unaccompanied visitors under the age of 18 will be asked to leave the property or wait to be picked up in a safe waiting area beginning at 8:00pm. We ask that those being picked up wait for their ride by the fountain near McAllister’s Deli. Thank you for helping us keep North Hills safe.

2010 Year End Review and 2011 Outlook

By all measures, 2010 was an incredible year for North Hills. Against the backdrop of the continual “where is the economy going” question being asked around kitchen tables, in board rooms, and on broadcast anchor desks, North Hills demonstrated exceptionally strong economic activity and momentum. This year’s North Hills “buzz” began last January with the opening of the new 17-story Captrust Tower, and remained stoked throughout the year as hundreds of new residents made their home at Park and Market Apartments. Over 20 new retailers opened with an intriguing array of shopping and dining options, growing the demand for hotel capacity, restaurant seats, entertainment venues, and seasonal events.

Clearly the 24/7 urban-style retail and office environment has been embraced by the Triangle for its rich amenities and quality of life that appeals to all ages. As more stores, restaurants, residents, and office workers become part of the integrated development, improved ease of access from side streets and highways is expanding the radius for those who now think of this strategic beltline location as “My North Hills.” “My North Hills” is different for each person, yet similar in the simple concept that most of our everyday needs and wants can be found within an easy walk, in a setting that draws us in with its welcoming feel and attractive appearance. While North Hills has already become an economic engine for North Carolina today, the outlook for the future couldn’t be stronger.

The Fun Summer Ends for NH Kids

It’s only been a week since our season ended but we already miss everyone! Our first year of North Hills Kids was a huge success and it took so many of you to make this possible. A special thanks to our sponsors, parents, kids, and everyone else who participated. We hope you enjoy some of the pictures of all the fun this summer.
