Since we began opening our stores and restaurants over the past several years, we’ve had countless positive comments about the successful transformation of North Hills. We are humbled by this response. We believe that this success could not have happened without our neighbors’ input during the planning process. I am asking for your input once again as we begin work on the next phase of North Hills.
On Friday, December 16, Kane Realty Corporation presented plans to the City for an additional phase of North Hills on the east side of Six Forks Road across from North Hills – North Hills East. Our plans for this property are consistent with our vision for North Hills: a pedestrian-friendly blend of office, shopping, restaurants and residences that creates a wonderful place to live, work and play. Plans are being finalized, but we anticipate that North Hills East will offer some upscale retail along Six Forks, with much greater focus on residences and green space than in the existing North Hills. In addition, our plans include a retirement community, The Cardinal at North Hills.
